The staff is very nice and helpful. The storage unit that I have is really hard to open and close and was on the musty side due to it being a single box unit since the other units were full. I will not put electronics or expensive furniture in there due to the humidity. But, in a pinch needing something right away the staff made sure to take care of me the best way and the quickest way that they could. $85/mo seems a little high for what I am actually getting. Location was perfect for my move.

Easy on-line reservation process. Wife & I moving into new place and needed somewhere to store some things until wife decides how she wants to decorate. Showed up. No wait. Filled out paperwork and had my unit. Time on site - less than 20 minutes. As going thru process, and being in insurance claims, I was checking security measures and noted each person has own access code(tracking) as well as numerous surveillance cameras
